Our Story of Hope & Impact
For over two decades, IOAH has been at the forefront of humanitarian aid, working across continents to create lasting change.

From a Vision to a Global Movement
Founded in 2005 by a group of passionate humanitarians, IOAH began as a small initiative to provide medical aid to rural communities from East Africa to West Africa. What started with a single mobile clinic has grown into a global organization operating across 45 countries.
Over the years, we expanded our mission to encompass education, literacy, and community development, recognizing that true advancement requires a holistic approach to human welfare.
Today, IOAH is proud to have impacted over 150,000 lives, built 80 schools, 60 libraries, and deployed more than 120 medical missions worldwide.
